Book List

1) You are a Badass by Jen Sincero

Jen Sincero goes into spirituality in a light-hearted, fun way. She’s funny too. This book changed my life in such a positive way. I have more self-confidence and feel more competent running my business. 5/5 Stars.

2) The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz

This book helped me live in Integrity with myself. It taught me a lot spiritually, including how to not take what others are going through personally. And by living the 4 Agreements, I felt physically and emotionally better. I still use Ruiz’s teachings every day.

3) The Alchemist by Paul Coelho

It’s an allegory, but it will free you. Or to give you your Agency, you will read it and you will maybe give yourself permission to Free Your Self :)

4) The Universe Has Your Back by Gabby Bernstein

Full disclosure: I have not finished this one yet! But from what I have read of it so far, I love it. I also have Gabby’s cards that have this same title, and I use them all the time.

5) Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza

This is next level spirituality. It helped me take back my physical, emotional, and mental health (and spiritual health of course!) in 2023.

6) Life After Death by Deepak Chopra

The way I remember it (I read it about 5 years ago now, and it’s 2023) is: Deepak proves the existence of the afterlife via Quantum Physics. TLDR: He says that the Afterlife DOES exist, and it will be whatever we imagine it to be (individually). Read it though. It is fascinating.

7) A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson

This is the quintessential spiritual text, in my opinion. I love it every time I read it, which is about once every 3 years. Highly recommend.

8) Signs by Laura Lynne Jackson

If you’ve recently lost someone, this is your guide. And the next book too. But this one is lovely if you are open to connecting with your Loved One after they’ve gone.

9) When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chodron

If you are going through any sort of hard time, THIS is your book. It is like a best friend sitting next to you rubbing your feet and listening to your recent losses. It’s been life changing for me.

10) Why People Don’t Heal and How They Can by Caroline Myss, PhD

For any ailment, this is your guide. Louise Hay’s book “How to Heal your Body” is a not-as-in-depth second, but THIS book is incredible. Once again (I know I have said this about other books), this information changed the way I heal myself. It helped me get healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally (and spiritually!). Yay. Go get it.
